Devil's Fit Camp Release of Liability Statement
Release of Liability
By participating in Devil's Fit Camp, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk
Participation in Devil's Fit Camp activities, including but not limited to weightlifting, obstacle courses, running, and other physically demanding exercises, carries inherent risks of physical injury, including but not limited to strains, sprains, fractures, concussions, heart attacks, and other serious injuries, or even death. You acknowledge that such risks include injuries resulting from the use or misuse of equipment and participation in obstacle course challenges.
Release and Waiver
In consideration of being permitted to participate in Devil's Fit Camp activities, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue Devil's Fit Camp, its owners, officers, employees, and agents, including instructor Laura Westwood, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, or to any property belonging to you, whether caused by the negligence of Devil's Fit Camp, its employees, agents, or otherwise, while participating in any activity conducted by or under the auspices of Devil's Fit Camp.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devil's Fit Camp, its owners, officers, employees, and agents, including Laura Westwood, from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and legal fees, that they may incur due to your participation in any activities, whether caused by negligence of Devil's Fit Camp or otherwise.
Medical Conditions
You attest that you are physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent your full participation in Devil's Fit Camp activities. You consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, or illness during participation. You understand and agree that you will be responsible for all costs associated with such medical treatment.
Rules and Regulations
You agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by Devil's Fit Camp and its instructors, including Laura Westwood. You acknowledge that failure to follow such rules and regulations may result in dismissal from the camp without refund.
Governing Law
This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Release will be brought exclusively in the courts located in England and Wales.
Acknowledgement of Understanding
By checking the box and participating in Devil's Fit Camp, you acknowledge that you have read this Release, fully understand its terms, and understand that you are giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue. You acknowledge that you are agreeing to this Release freely and voluntarily and intend for it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
